Manager/Owner. 10% Ownership. Awarded contract with Norfolk Southern
Railroad in Winston-Salem, NC and later with BNSF Railroad at Alliance
Airport, TX to unload vehicles from railcars. Duties included
monitoring incoming shipments and setting up work schedules, vehicle
damage control, vehicle inventory, accounting functions through
financial statement preparation.

LAMAC BOOKKEEPING SERVICES, INC.
SAN ANTONIO, TX
Owner. Purchased 30-year-old bookkeeping practice with annual sales of
$100,000. Practice specializes in small business bookkeeping, mostly
sole proprietorships and tax return preparation for approximated (350)
individuals. Continued bookkeeping and management functions for Auto
Rail Services Inc., increasing annual sales to a peak of $550,000 with
(13) employees until bookkeeping was moved in-house to their corporate
office in January, 2002
